General Provisions and Consent

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jor9 online gaming platform ("Platform") and its users ("Members"). By visiting the jor9 website, creating an account, or using any service on the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

jor9 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be displayed on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and are intended for the provision of services in the Bangladesh market. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of this document shall be considered binding.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and participate in gaming activities on the jor9 platform, members must be at least 21 years of age or older. jor9 may request valid documentation for age verification at any time. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If it is found that the same person is using multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended or closed and any associated bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being closed and deposited funds being forfeited. If any information needs to be changed, please contact customer service immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our customer service team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can currently be deposited on the jor9 platform using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the method.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). The standard processing time for withdrawals is 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the payment method registered on the account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Before a withdrawal, jor9 may ask you to complete identity verification (KYC). If verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed. Additional documents may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in other currencies, the prevailing exchange rate will apply.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any payment is found to be fraudulent, illegal, or withdrawn via a chargeback, the associated account will be suspended immediately and legal action may be taken.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This bonus applies only once per individual, per household, per device, or per IP address.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳10,000 in wagers to become eligible for withdrawal. Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, jor9 may run various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are stated in the offer description. General rules:

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Wagers placed with bonus funds will be included in the wagering requirement calculation.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• jor9 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If any promotion is found to have been misused, the bonus will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

The jor9 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit. Continuous gaming activity and active participation on the platform are required to advance to higher tiers. jor9 reserves the right to change VIP membership terms or cashback rates.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

jor9 is a fair play platform. All games are operated by certified random number generators (RNG), ensuring that results are completely impartial and random.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using any automated bots, software, or strategic tools.
• Attempting to exploit the platform's bonus system in a coordinated or collective manner.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Playing games using another member's login credentials.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.

5.3 Technical Issues

Any winnings or gaming results displayed as a result of a technical error will be considered void. jor9 reserves the right to cancel the relevant transactions in such circumstances.

Account Suspension and Closure

6.1 jor9's Rights

jor9 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Providing false identity or documents.
• Evidence that the account holder is a minor.
• Initiating a chargeback against a deposited payment.

6.2 Member's Rights

Privacy and Data Protection

Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

If both parties cannot agree to mediation, legal action may be taken in accordance with applicable law.

Any dispute or claim must be raised within 90 days of the date of the incident. Claims not submitted within the specified time will be considered waived.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jor9 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics and audio — is the intellectual property of jor9. Copying, distributing or using these materials for commercial purposes without permission is strictly prohibited. Games used on the platform are the intellectual property of their respective game providers.
